I received my Life Coaching training through Coach U where I was mentored by many of the world’s leading coaches. I now train new coaches as an Affiliate Instructor for the Coaching Academy of North America (CANA). Please ask me for information and discounts for this program if you're interested. I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation. I bring over a decade of marketing and advertising strategy experience in NYC and London. In addition, I managed my recovery from an adrenal collapse through learning’s from 100’s of books on nutrition, naturopathy, wellness and spirituality. I also began study as a nutritional therapist in the #1 school in Europe run by Patrick Holford.

My life’s work is about challenging and catalyzing myself and others to go beyond perceived limits of self-care and self-knowledge so that we can more easily connect with source and tap into levels of passion that enable us to make a contribution to and leave a legacy in society.

  • Recovered from an adrenal exhaustion collapse through studying 100’s of books on wellness and a suite of experienced practitioners who I learned so much from including: a leading nutritional therapist, naturopath and acupuncturist in London
